After a gruelling lap of Tasmania encountering hills and mountains with our 23 ft van, Absolute Caravans did my
post-trip service. Dene described exactly what was done and although I was expecting the worst thinking I
had mechanical damage after a nasty blowout close to getting home all was required was an adjustment to my braking
system and to follow up with a service in 10,000km.
Our fridge needed a small repair and was happy to see the total service bill was very reasonable.
It pays to spend money on maintenance pre-trip and post-trip because it will cost you a fortune on the track,

Bought my caravan in for a service as my normal service agent in Belmont was to busy to fit me in and didn't seem interested in trying to. After the caravan was at Absolute Caravans for a short while Dean one of the bosses there phoned me up with a large list of items which needed rectifying and a lot of them seemed to be from lack of correct maintenance which should have been picked up and completed with all the previous servicing I've had done elsewhere, they even invited me into the workshop to run through all the areas of concern so I could see it for myself.
Now after this fantastic service they have proven to me they are the best in Perth, I will not be going anywhere else.
Plus they actually have several license mechanics on site so I know all the work is being done to an extremely high standard.

With the purchase of our first 4WD & Caravan this company prepared the vehicle for towing & caravan for free camping and satellite TV, they also install an extra water tank. The service was first class and a very clean and well-presented workshop & showroom.
Anybody in the Perth area could not go wrong employing the services of this company, the young lady behind the counter Marissa is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable and what she doesn't know her husband Dean would fill in the gaps, prices are extremely good although they don't offer pensioner discounts, I don't think they need to, when I compared pricing with other places in Perth the
price differences out way any discount I had been offered.

Had a really good experience from a professional operation. Needed a three-way absorption fridge/freezer with a gas problem looked into( less than 2 years old and still under warranty). I had contacted other outlets in Wangara and Maddington and was told might be able to fit you in before Christmas, not the answer I wanted. I contacted Absolute Caravan Care & Accessories - great customer service,
being from a trade background myself you can pick what is BS and what is fact. If you want good prompt service give them a go, you won't be disappointed. (fridge/freezer is now working perfectly on gas)
